Lentil Festival 5K race.Certified course, so 3.1 miles. Garmin had 3.08 - a few feet short, like it usually reads for my all races? I was 16th over-all, 2nd place masters (over 50?) and 1st place 60-69 age group. My left knee felt ok during the race and is still ok the next day. Sitting makes it hurts more than running lately.
