Went to Moscow and ran with the Roadrunners club. About 9 people total? Puck was there. Was supposed to be 10 miles, went to 10.85. First mile was slow in town, according to Garmin, then averaged 7:13.5 pace for the rest of it. Last two miles, I needed to drop a load, so had to slow way down. Effiort today was medium, but I was still a bit slow from last week's 10k goat race. I wanted to run 22 miles today, but not happening yet. Need a few more recovery days, I guess.
