Notes
Finally got some rain and a break from all the smoky air we've had since mid-August or earlier. I'm sick with a cough and my lungs are on fire from all the smoke, but it felt good to get out and ride in the cool clean air this afternoon. I wasn't sure I was going to survive the night last night when the forecast for rain got pushed out till morning and the smoke made one last big hurrah, and I could barely breath.
