Ran with new Garmin 110 after work, was going to do 4, then decided if I ran a fast 5k I could walk it in. I was exhausted and starving yesterday and did not run, and was planning to take it very easy today, but I ran decently hard. Planning to race Emmy Law Half on Saturday so need to be resting up after to long fast 40 mile weeks...
4 second PR on my 5k time, based om Garmin distance, 3.10.
