10k loop from home, first time to run 10K in months! Just running this nice and easy, long pants when it's under 50 degrees, using this loop to get in miles and hills. I'm just starting to work to get back into running shape after taking the summer off due to sore feet (arches) and ankles, and legs, and hamstrings. Using shoe inserts for arch support, and that seems to be curing what ails my feet and ankles.
