PM workout on the WSU Outdoor Track. I am wheezing today, asthma, seasonal allergies I suppose? Can't run worth a damn. The shorter the better, for my breathing, so I started at 400 and couldn't hang, went down to 200's, then had to go to 100's. 100's were nice except at the 5th one I started to feel the right hamstring sending out warnings.
