Easy Hour run, Ran the hill, 7.99 miles in 1 hour, 9.05 total, tried to relax and go slow, probably went a bit harder than that however. Had a 12mph tailwind up the hill, not uncommon. Made for a favorable run. Shorts, 3 top layers. No breakfast beforehand, except 2 teas and 1 banana. Took yesterday off due to painful pleurisy problem with left lung, or else I have a randomly sore rib and associated muscle? It's mostly better today, and was not a problem at all while running.
