Notes

2000' vertical climb, 30% @ 2.5mph plus some interval sprints in the final 500', then did 1 mile at -3% slope, fast - variable up to 10.0 mph , but calling it a 7:00 mile. Total of 5 miles equivalent. Felt a bit stronger than yesterday morning. Decided to totally avoid running on the indoor track this morning because the air is so dry and COLD feeling in the AM. Will run on it after work.

Paying attention to my left Achilles and heel. It feels like the shoes have been rubbing/annoying it. Walking on the TM is better than running for it.
