Longest run since June 7th! Heel didn't hurt during run. It still feels not right when walking. Waiting to see if there's pain or aching tonight or tomorrow.
Spent 4 hours last Saturday afternoon in the hospital emergency room, blood pressure had been going up steadily for 16 days since the Lupron injection, along with my weight. BP topped out at 200 / 90ish. Don't recall clearly what the diastolic was. So now I'm taking an ACE inhibitor plus diuretic to fight the BP problem caused by the Lupron. Was afraid to work out all week until today. BP today is back down to 145/77. That seems awfully low now, after seeing those big numbers last week. Doc wants to do a treadmill stress test on me asap, so next Monday.
