Walked/ran on the incline trainer, 1998 feet up in 30:00 minutes; did random stuff at -3 walking/running fast and did a few hard 27-30% intervals to fill out the hour. Good, hard workout, no sports hernia groin pain! I was crippled all day before this with pains, even walking.
