Notes

Sore joints and muscles, no good reason today, as I took a rest day yesterday. I ate the second half of a piece of steak for dinner last night, and again today my knees, hips, back and feet joints are sore, and I have no endurance. Wanted to run long today, could not so had to drop down to 200's just to be able to repeat. I'm going to stay away from red meat for a while and see if anything changes. I also did 30 minutes easy on the BTN (bike to nowhere) at the Rec center before running, with Rachel before she swam.
