Notes

Ran 5k on the indoor track, tried to keep it very easy and effortless, but went a bit harder than that and was feeling pretty stressed out the final mile, not intentionally. Was very cold in the Rec center this morning! It is supposed to get up to 100 F outside today. Have been having tailbone aching the past few days, but mainly now since after my bike ride last night. A bit of inside and outer left hip pain as well. I'm avoiding doing my PT stretches and exercises so far this week because they make my quads, hamstrings and hips sore afterwards. I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast around 3:30 AM. I was awake and could not sleep, as usual, and decided to eat before running instead of after or not at all.
