Probably best run since I've been running again. 7.1 pace for 4 miles (8 1/2 min miles) and added two hills during that time. Really wanted to quit after 4 miles but decided to keep working on distance too. next run thinking about a short 2 mile 8 min mile pace then upping distance from there. 10k in 21 days
