HOT! I felt faint by the time I finished and got into AC and guzzled some cold juice as fast as I could. The bandage on the right knee seemed to help....running under an 11 minute mile in this heat with a bum knee is decent. It still aches but I don't think my run made it any worse. After stretching my quads, it hurt more...maybe because of how I bent my knee to stretch the muscle. Anyway, I think I'll take tomorrow off and then bandage it for group run on Thursday. I'll play it by ear and might do the 4 mile run if it's giving me issues.
