Things are CRAZY at work. Regular training runs are probably out for the foreseeable future but I'm trying to take care of myself physically by grabbing exercise when I can. Short on time and short on sleep I did this one in just 15 minutes and now I'm at work....it's only 7:36!

No pain. A little sluggish to pick up my legs but I'll take it!
