137; Apparently I never got around to recording my last run. That would be the one where I face planted into a sidewalk and spent the evening at an emergency dentist because I displaced a tooth. After a month, I got the okay to run again and this was my first time out.
I started with 30/30 intervals and switched to 1:30/30 after about a third of a mile. I have both the physical recovery and the psychological fear of falling to overcome as I try to get back into a running routine.
