Felt better than last week. I might have been able to do the 12 miles. But then what would I do for the next 2 weeks? And if I injured myself it wouldn't be worth it.

I took 2 IB before starting and another 2 afterward. I ate pasta last night and 3 oatmeal bars this morning. Also had a generous dose of caffeine between the coffee and the Propel Energize. I drank about 30 oz during the run.
