Well....aside from the fact that Seven Bridges' Vienna lager and the gorgonzola salad didn't exactly mix with the treadmill, it was a nice 30 minutes. No pain at all even though my legs have been quite sore since Tuesday night. Next run is the 8:00am group run in Orange Park on Sunday.
