This is an estimate. I was having some issues with my left calf and hopped off the treadmill without checking the stats. By the time I was done stretching it had reset itself. I did an extra mile and it hurt more (not less) so I called the workout short. It was about 3 miles or a little more at roughly 11:15 pace.
