314; That was rough. I felt like my recovery intervals weren't enough. My overall pace for the same workout was slower than in January but I have a feeling my speed segments were faster (hence needing more recovery time). I'll try the same workout next week if my ankle holds out. I did 8 repeats of 60/90.
