I took it really easy today. I'm having some pain in my left hip flexor and don't want to overdo before the race next weekend. I tend to push myself and compare my final week last year to this year...but I've had a few injury and fatigue issues this year that I didn't last year so I really need to check myself.

The plan is to do this same run tomorrow afternoon, take Tuesday off, and do 2 to 2.5 miles Wednesday morning. It kills me that the number for the week will be low since this run counts on last week and technically this was tomorrow morning's run.

The weather is too nice to not be outside. Should be tomorrow too.
