Notes

A bit sluggish. I have been very fatigued recently. I decided that tomorrow I'll "sleep in" and run after school instead. I think I need the sleep more than the early run. So hopefully that will work out well. It's also supposed to be really cold tomorrow morning so I'd rather not be jogging around anyway.

Today's run was okay. Neither good nor bad. A tad windy and I had some slight aching in my right hip flexor. Normal energy levels.

I really need to watch my diet more. I know I keep saying that but it occurred to me this morning while running that maybe I'm so sluggish because I refueled with high fat cheesecake instead of whole grains and lots of protein. And now that I'm in my 30's, I just can't binge on all that fat. It can't be good.

So I'll try to improve that by cooking. (Starting next week since this is a 4 day week and I fly out Friday.)

Best head toward the shower or I'll be late for work huh?
