Oh the horror! I feel like I did last week....pounded into oblivion! But I recovered well last week so I hope for a repeat of that. I've never trained to go long before and I'm thinking this is part of the process....training your body to take the pounding.

But I think a recovery week might be in order. Here's praying for wisdom.
