Notes

Added a half mile worth of hills (2% to 4%) in the last mile and sprinted the last quarter mile to get in gear for the Gate Run. I was going to do some weights but another guy was using the machine and I eventually got tired of waiting. I did some core work and leg lifts at any rate.
