BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!! At 3 miles I had to put my strap on my left knee. At 3.4 miles I HAD to walk. It was really really bad. I turned off my Garmin so I'm not sure how far I walked but I was able to start jogging again. I did a little extra to complete the 4.5 so that IS the distance I jogged. I'm surprized it was as fast as that. I iced the knee for awhile but I'm not particularly optimistic for Tuesday night.
