Indoor Track. VFF's.

My feet are pretty sore. The last 2 runs are the farthest I've run in VFF's. I started a running plan on miCoach with my new iPhone, but no GPS inside. Not sure whether to use that or runkeeper.com. we'll see. Really didn't feel too great that run, but it still went ok.

Did 3 sets of everything. Bench Press, 100,120,120 lbs (15,10,10). Pull ups (10,10,10). Ab machine (20,15,15). Curls 30 lbs (20,15,10)
