Indoor track. VFF's.
Worked out first, then ran. Kept up a good and steady pace. All 3 miles were within 10 seconds of each other. Forgot to stretch afterward, going to be sore.
Did 3 sets of everything. Pullups (12,10,10). Bench press 100 lbs (10,10,10). Crunch machine (20,15,15). Curls 30 lbs (20,15,15).
