I was hoping to beat the snow today, no such luck. Zoey was home sick this morning until about 10:00. I dropped her off at school and headed up to Popperton Park just as the snow began. The snow wasn't bad while there were tail winds, but it sure sucks having snow blow in your face. All things considered this was a decent run. I was well within my easy run HR zone, but 7:35 seems to fast to call easy. It is encouraging to see speed increase and HR decrease simultaneously
