Notes
The first 11 miles of this run felt so incredibly natural and easy. I was averaging 141-142 HR at an 8:05 pace. This is one of the best pace/AHR run I have ever done. THe last 3.5 miles were more difficult. I would have had to up my HR to over 150 to maintain pace. I thought I was plenty hydrated, but after drinking over 3 pints of post run water, maybe not.
All in all, a great run.
