Not the best run. I had a side stitch more than half of the run, it just wouldn't go away regardless of pace. My left knee started to hurt at about 5 miles. I pushed through it came home took some ibuprofen and soaked in an epsom salt bath. My knee feels fine now, but this is not a good sign.
