I really like this workout. I push hard but I'm not feeling as nauseous like I do with Chest and Back. I changed my 20 lb weight to 24 lb and I think that was a good idea, because now I am doing more in the range of 8 reps and barely doing the last rep rather than doing 12 - 15 and feeling like I could do more.
