Yes please and thanks. My body is sending me mixed signals, but I guess I'll take it. I was still so upset after my long run on Sunday, it started to make me think something was wrong with me. So then when I went out tonight I could tell I was feeling good. I was supposed to do a long interval workout but I only had an hour so I decided to make it a tempo run instead. I felt great the whole time. Very similar to my 12 mile pace run a couple weeks ago. I was pushing but feeling great the whole time. It was definitely in that comfortably hard range that I never understood. Now of course this was just 7 miles, but still even 5 miles into my long run I felt like crap. Now I just need to make sure to have a good day on my race.
