Wasn't sure how to categorize this, because despite the slow pace, this was far from easy. Its started that way, but by the end it was pretty tough and my HR was quite high. I'm sure the heat and humidity had a lot to do with it, but of course also my current state of fitness.
Also my first run with a valid HR reading after months of it being unreliable. Also I finally put my weight in. Like I expected, I am back to fatso status. Looking to drop under 170 pronto!
