Notes
Well this last week was very tough for the Bilenkins. As a result running and fitness were not the top of my priority list. Between worrying about Teddy spitting up too much, his tongue tie and April's Mastitis, I had my hands full. On top of this I was sick. Also I have been eating a ton of crap because that's what I do when I'm stressed. But I am alright with this. I know this is all temporary and I will be back!
