On a whim I decided to do an interval session. I figured I didn't want to do any kind of speed to close to my 5k but after reading about all these fast people on the forums I couldn't just do an easy run. So I did 3 mile intervals separated by a mile of easy running. they were at 9, 9.1 and 9.2 mph. Felt pretty good. Wonder if I can keep up that kind of pace for a 5K. That would be cool.
