I did my legs and back workout at the gym in mountain creek while looking at the workout on my p90x iphone app. It actually worked out quite well. Since I had done it 3 times before, I remembered most of the movements. I may have gone through it a bit quicker, and instead of doing the normal warm up, I ran for 2 miles as my warm up. Also, because I was at the gym I was able to vary the weights. Since they didn't really have a pull up bar, I did pull down instead. I did 120 lb 12 reps for the first 4 sets and then switched to 140 lbs and 8 reps for the second 4.
Then I did ab ripper before my cool down. Glad I got this in.
