A little longer this time. Very windy today. I have to get used to riding the bike. It's so different from running. My HR is much lower even when I feel like I'm pushing. What's holding me back is leg strength I guess. Also, I now realize after a while my neck starts to hurt from staying in the aerobar position. Also my butt is sore but I guess that should get better with time, or maybe I need to adjust the seat.
