So glad I was able to get a decent run in this morning. I didn't even have to wake up that early, because I went straight to work.
But holy crap I'm back above 180. And I've been eating a bit better recently which means I got to even fatter. Seriously this time, I gotta start losing this weight. I want to get to below 170 by Ragnar which may be a bit aggressive, but that's my goal.
