Shoulders and arms and ab ripper. Everything went well. I upped the reps in most of the exercises. Ab ripper was pretty good too.

I took my 60 day pictures and I was a bit underwhelmed after thinking I looked so good a couple days ago after chest and back. I just need to be patient.
