Notes

Warmed up for a 4 - 5 minutes and then started at level 11 and then alternated between 11 and 12 every mile til the end I did 11, 12, 13, 12, 11 and then a 3 - 4 minute cooldown. I was pushing pretty hard during the level 12 and 13 parts. My HR was up to 150.
