Notes
Started slow because I was still feeling a bit sluggish, but as the run went a long I felt better and then picked up the pace a little. The distance was no problem at all. I was not feeling to tired at the end, and could have kept going which is definitely a good sign. Overall, this was a pretty good week and legs are feeling good. Now my weight is another issue. I really need to focus on that. If I can't get down to at least 160, it will be very hard to PR.
