Absolutely gorgeous outside. This was an awesome run! I came up with this plan to do a progression run with each mile 10 seconds faster than the last starting at 8:10 and ending with 7:00 and honestly I wasn't sure I could pull it off. I knew it was really ambitious. About 5 miles in I started doubting that I could do it. And that doubt kept coming back with each mile but each mile I was able to pick it up a little more and push through. I was pushing pretty much all out for the last couple miles. The last 5k for this was sub 22 min. which is not too bad. I was feeling really good going into this. Really happy with myself today! Now I just have to make it through this weekend without overeating like a pig. Have to keep losing the weight.
