Notes

I did 3 x 1600 with 1 min rest in between. This was on the treadmill but it was still pretty hard. My miles were 6:48, 6:44 and 6:39. This amounted to a 21:16 5K on the treadmill as part of the workout which is pretty cool. Having just 1 min. rest definitely made a difference.
