Notes

No surprises here. This was supposed to be a longer tempo run, but I didn't have that much time so I figred I'd do a more normal 7 mile one and then run a few easy miles tomorrow. It was hot and humid and I was eating like crap all day because I am stressed from work. So I wasn't expecting any kind of speedy times. Plus this was with a few hills as opposed to the tow path which is very flat. Also in the second mile some lady stopped me for a while to ask for directions. Enough excuses? Anyways, the point here is I'm not that upset. I am happy I was able to keep my HR just under 170 for all the tempo avg hr part.

And finally, I'm going to say it yet again. I'm ready for fall. I'm sure I'll be thankful for this training in this humidity, maybe? But, for now it just sucks.

Excuse after excuse - you're such a lazy guy. And 10 seconds to help some lady? Get your priorities straight bro, you're digging us a hole.

Summer must end soon, right?

Herr John

An 8 mile run in which three of the miles are under 8 on a semi hilly course sounds like summer is treating you just fine.

I don't want to hear complaints when it starts snowing...

Keep up the good work, buddy!
