This was mostly good. I felt fine through most of it and am completely amazed that my watch did not die on the run. I completely forgot to charge it the night before and it was at 0. I charged for like 10 minutes and it lasted for 11 miles! So that's pretty cool.

As far as the run goes, I started to feel the top of my foot a bit about 9 miles in, but then it went away. I think my plan will be to not go much longer than this until I have more weekly miles. And also focus on recovery runs and going slow and icing. Maybe need to look into strength exercises as well.

Other good news is diet is working! Now I gotta keep it up.
