Notes

Since last time I tried to do pullups at the gym I could barely do 3 sets of 3, I decided it would be more useful to do pull downs instead. I did 3 x 10 of 100 pounds and the last couple were quite tough. It felt good to do it though after running. I am going to try to keep this up and add to it.
