Notes
This was rough. Ran the first part with Chris. We could tell from the start it would be bad. A bit above 70 but very humid. I felt crappy for the first few miles, but then started to feel alright. Chris just started feeling worse so he had to cut the run a little short. I'm still glad we got to run over 5 together. Less for me to do by myself. Once I was off on my own, the idea of doing almost 10 more in the increasing heat and humidity seemed a bit daunting. I made the smart move of filling up more water before I left Ann Van. After that I just made a point of drinking often. So I just kept the pace easy and I was able to make it back fine, but that last mile I could feel the distance. It wasn't even that bad out, I think I've just been spoiled by this mild summer. Still, I am looking forward to fall.
Also, for some reason, runningahead could not import my full file with splits. No idea why.
