Notes
I feel like this happens a lot. I've been running really slowly lately while building up miles. Now I have a 5K coming up on Thursday and I don't even remember what it feels like to run a bit faster. I went a bit faster in the last couple miles. It was a beautiful day and I felt good. I didn't feel as fat and slow today. I'm not expecting anything great on Thursday, but it's nice to go a little faster. Still fat though.
