So glad I decided to run outside today. I've gotten so used to just going on the treadmill I almost didn't realize it was actually nice out til April said something. Great run! And I knocked off a big portion of 206. Unfortunately my HR monitor was acting up again.. I thin kit finally came back to normal for the last mile or so. Oh well.
