Hot and humid today and I did not feel like doing my tempo run in it. So I opted for my treadmill with the screwed up callibration. I just went based on HR and that went fine. It would of course be nice to know what pace I was actually running the whole time. I was probably going way to fast for the first couple miles before my HR caught up. Anyways, still a good workout and I need to get my self some nice waterproof sports headphones because the apple ones stop working once they get sweaty and thats when I need the music the most!
